  • I don't know anybody like that, but if I did, they wouldn't be invited to come to my home if they had roaches & I wouldn't be visiting their home either. Roaches can travel on clothing & bags & I don't want them in my home.

  • ugh...luckily I don't have that problem. If I did, I would just not invite them. If they insist on coming over, I would insist on meeting some place outside.

  • wtf? Who doesn't bathe? Ummm I guess I'd feel sorry for them and invite them over for a terrific meal..... that's why I buy clorox wipes in bulk! as far as roaches as long as they aren't bringing their laundry over I think you're OK. I've never had roaches myself but I think they're too big to hang on peoples clothes, right?

  • A hygiene issue to that extent might signal mental imbalance, so I would be very kind to whoever was visiting. You never know what someone's situation could be, so it is best to reserve judgment.

  • I only know one person like that and he is not invited to my house. Not only because I feel like I have to scrub everything he touches, but also because he has no manners and it's embaressing. Burping and farting at the dinner table in someone elses home is just unacceptable!

  • Not sure... I guess I've never had anyone that unclean visiting. I do have an issue with people NOT removing their shoes when they come into my home though... as that is a definite requirement!

  • My FIL hasn't been showering because he's disabled, and he drinks a lot, so he forgets to unless we go make him. It's his choice. But regardless, he has done so much for us and he is always welcome in my home.
