  • used to on Weight Watchers but quit. I find I eat less if I DON'T keep track.

  • I wear a bodybugg so I use the bodybugg website. It is part and parcel of the cost of the bugg...

  • I use the Lose It app on my phone. I've had the app for a while now. I using it, but then stopped and then got pregnant. Now, I've just started again in the last week or two.
