  • I recently lost 40 lbs. Its slowly creeping back. I just joined a gym. I'm cutting down on portion size and adding more fruits & veggies into the mix. Plus I'm trying to drink alot more water. Hopefully this will work. I'd like to lose another 40-50 lbs.

  • i'm trying too as well, its hard to get back into it again. but eating healthy isn't filling for me. and i have such a sweet tooth too.

  • I am trying, trying, trying . . . I have cut out all goodies, am eating "light" the second half of the day, and am trying to get in spurts of exercise when I can. It is slow-going, so I really should be counting points. How about you?

  • I joined a gym, I am counting calories, I am trying to be more active during my day. It is slowly working, but I know I like to snack a lot and that is hard.

  • My husband's brother is helping us lose weight, he a body builder and does shows, etc showing off his ridulous muscles, lol. I dont want to get down like that, but gaining 70 lbs since my husband and I met ( 3 years ago) was getting uncomfortable and ridiculous. So as of Jan 3rd we've started a low calorie diet (I'm eating about 1300 calories a day) and doing a signifcant amount of working out (30-45 mins 4-5 days a week), which is a great stress reliever too! Since Jan 3rd I have lost 30 lbs and my husband has lost 50. I want to lose another 40 lbs by July and he has reached his goal weight, but he's still going strong. We are very strict on our diet, and it helps doing it together. The best way to do it is old fashioned hard work. I'm very passionate about the weight loss now... and plan on this becoming a lifestyle and teaching our children healthy eating habits.
