Quitting smoking.

Are any of you guys ex smokers? How did you get through the cravings, what helped you to be successful?

  • Nicotine lozenges for the physical craving and an iron will and commitment for the mental ones. Been almost 4 years now and I think this time I'm really done. The difference between this time and all the other times I quit was my determination to not smoke. That what it REALLY boils down to.

  • I quit four years ago and used peppermint candies and they helped
