I'm 18 weeks 3 days and I recently found out I have a marginal placenta previa. All day today I have been feeling pressure down there and then after grocery shopping tonight I started having cramps. They aren't horrible, probably like a 5 from 1-10. My doctor said to call if I had any bleeding, but didn't say anything about cramps. I know I'm well hydrated so it's not that ... has anyone experienced this?

  • Most cramping is normal during pregnancy. That said, if the cramps are coming and going, and/or are getting more intense, then you should probably go it. Bleeding is of higher concern than cramping, in general. Good luck!

  • Cramps are pretty normal, if I remember correctly.

  • I would call if you're concerned just to put your mind at ease. That's what they are there for.
