Eating less

I am a very small lady with what used to be a huge appitite gone opposite. Before I had my second child I ate massive plates full. Now I can't even eat one helping. I don't feel any depression. I don't have a eating disorder. As a matter of fact I liked my weight better when I was pregnant bc I look soo tiny when I am not. I don't understand y I don't want to eat as much. Did this happen to anyone else?

  • I had this issue as well, but I started to just snack every 2 hours which helped my metabolism. I feel a lot better now that I have ever before it also helps we are moms who are constantly moving.

  • As you get older, it is natural for changes in your metabolism to occur, especially after something as diet altering as childbirth. My mother went through the same thing with me & all my siblings. If you're looking to boost metabolism eat several smaller meals high in protein throughout the day & gradually work up how much you can eat at a time.

  • I have this same issue. I find that if I eat smaller more frequent meals, I can manage my weight better. I normally try to eat breakfast, a snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Hope this helps. GL
