How do you teach...

one at a time? If you give ds, age 2, a pack of gummies and pour the pack out on the table he will grab as many as he can fit in one hand and shove them all into his mouth until he realizes it's too much and spits wet, sticky gummies into mine or dh's hand. Yuck! How can I teach him to eat one at a time? My biggest fear is that he'll choke one day!

  • Only give him one at a time. Never just pour them out to go hog wild. Yes it's tedious but he will learn he cant have all of them at once that way.

  • Only give him one at a time, it teaches him that he will need to take his time and wont get another one until the first one is gone..It also teaches good eatting habbits.
