  • Naps. Caffeine will only make me crash harder after it wears off and give me a bigger headache than what I already havehen I'm tired.

  • well i never really feel sleepy. i normally get a good night sleep and am energized all if i chose to stay up late then i'll take the nap. i don't like to poison my body with caffeine. the most i'll get is a coffee coolatta once in a very long while or a mocha frappe

  • While a nap feels better to me, (while I'm sleeping. lol) If I actually could nap, which is impossible w/ a 9m/o who only takes 1 thirty min. nap a day, and a very explorative and active 2 y/o who doesn't nap at all. I'd go for caffeine!! When I nap, I always wake up feeling groggy and out of it, like I took a cold pill or something, and I generally can't sleep that night. So BRING ON THE COFFEE, FRAPPE'S, ETC!!! lol.

  • While it would be nice to take a nap, I really don't have the time. So when I am feeling tired I fire up the Keurig and brew a cup of coffee.
