Is there anyone else out there caring for someone with Alzeihmer's?

I searched groups and no luck there. I'm not sure I can handle the same conversation again. I know I will, but I'm tired today.

  • My mom takes care of my grandma who has Alzeihmers. She gets to hear a lot of the same thing everyday, plus gets accused of stealing my grandma's stuff pretty much on a daily basis. Every day when I talk to her she's off looking for some watch or pair of socks that my grandma has misplaced. She (my g-ma) also brings up the past a lot, and tells lies because she can't remember the truth. She also tells lies that people physically abuse her when she's out in public even though no one's ever touched her. I could probably write comment after comment using up all the characters available of all the things that go on.
