  • i'm hypoglycemic and when i have low blood sugar i get confused, tired, agitated, nauseous and dizzy... does that apply to you? if so steer clear of sugars and carbs and do a high protein, high fiber diet.

  • Is your heart pounding out of your chest after minimal efforts (walking up the stairs, etc)? Or has your hair been falling out? Hyperthyroidism runs in my family and your description sounds like it. I'd call and make a dr appt.
