Easter ... real portraits or mall bunny?

What is your plan? I wanna do both but it's not in the cards financially since the mall bunny now costs SO MUCH, at least in my neck of the woods.

  • My son had school pics taken yesterday and he'll have his birthday pics done on Friday. In the past I've taken him to see the Easter Bunny at the mall, but it freaks him out, so I'm not going to bother this year. And of course I always take pictures of him doing his Easter egg hunt in the yard.

  • Our neighborhood always has an egg hunt; they have one of the teenage kids dress up as a bunny for pictures with the little ones.

  • I used to be a photographer and just hated those fake pics but also live bunnies were awful. I did eventually advance from doing photography for companies and went on my own to do more natural in the moment portraits. They in my opinion, are the sweetest and less stressful.
