I'm a single mom, and a fulltime college student. I am overwieght and I feel so unhealthy. I know the usual, eat well and excersise. My question really is more towards good ideas and tips that have worked for you other mommies that would be like... maybe tips on how you were active with your child? STuff like that. Thanks!
