  • lots of water, lots of sleep. Those are usually the only things that work with making mine go away...You can get them from dehydration, and also from a lack of sleep. :)

  • figure out what triggers them and avoid those things. Chocolate, cheese, mayonaise, and red wine are some common triggers. Mine was beer, and my period. So I never drink beer, and I'm through menopause. Good luck, they can be brutal, I know.
