  • "Slippery Stuff" It is a great water basedlubericant. It doesn't get sticky like glycerin based lubes can. It doesn't stain. You can buy it from Drugstore.com.

  • Vaseline water based lubricant. Def nothing oil based. Unhealthy.

  • KY works great for me. I even buy the generic brand. It's exactly the same thing. Try that before you try the more expensive stuff.

  • This issue is caused by the drop in estrogen levels after childbirth and it will normalize over time, but it will happen more quickly if you provide your body with the precursors for estrogen, one of which is cholesterol. You don't have to consume a lot of "bad" cholesterol to achieve an effect, providing your body with Omega3 and Omega6 essential fatty acids from salmon, tuna, peanut butter, nuts, seeds and avocado gives your body "good" cholesterol to work with. Increased intake over the course of 4-8 weeks should have a positive effect.

  • I just wanted to clarify something. Vaseline is petroleum based, not water based, and it causes erosion of latex rubber. Most condoms , cervical caps and diaphragms are made of latex. KY is glycerin based.

  • Do you mean embarrassing? Anyway, just go to the drugstore and pick out a lube. They all work pretty well.
