Does frozen yogurt contain the same live "good" bacteria as regular yogurt?

I can't stand regular yogurt, it tastes sour. However I like frozen yogurt.

  • No , just look at the contents and compare the two . We eat real natural yoghurt and I use it in cooking . We eat frozen yoghurt in preference to ice cream but I certainly couldn't use it for cooking and there is nothing very natural about it , except for the milk .
