I just got a 5 cup coffee maker, how many tbsp of coffee should I use for good flavor?

  • Whether you use a scoop provided in a large tub of coffee or just use a tablespoon an easy way for me to remember is one scoop per 2 cups of coffee. So if you make a whole pot use 2 and half well rounded scoops. Then adjust from there for desired strength!

  • There should be directions on the brand of coffee you use. Usually it's 1 teaspoon for 1 6oz cup of water.

  • Are you a regular coffee drinker? Check out the directions that came with the coffeemaker.
