  • No chemicals, try to avoid excessive heat, (these both lead to breakage), umm what else works for me? Super healthy eating, I wash only every other day so my natural oils get through my hair,

  • Make sure you get the split ends trimmed off regularly... then be patient.

  • Taking a vitamin called Biotin has worked for me to grow my hair and nails longer.

  • OK, will sound out there but I used conditioner and not shampoo. My hair was getting thick and frizzy and then I realized my hair stopped falling out and got so much thicker! Just think dreds. I no longer have that flat and oily looking white hair, but thick , healthy sexy hair. My scalp is so much healthier!!!!!!

  • Get a tiny trim every 2-3 months.
Take daily multivitamins. Make sure these vitamins contain Biotin.
Eat healthy (lots of fruits and veggies) with an emphasis on protein.
Deep condition your hair often. (Mine's halfway down my back and I deep condition about three times per week.)
