CUMIN SPICE

Do ya use this spice on chicken? I have yet to try it on chicken as it is a strong flavoured spice. I am going to make Moroccan chicken soon which is one spice for the dish.

  • I love cumin. It's one of my favorite spices. I use it on chicken breasts, in chilis, and on pork chops. I'm sure it would be good on beef too (especially if you are making some sort of Mexican or Spanish dish). Yum. :-)

  • MMMM Yes I use it on chicken. It is a flavor that not everyone will like. We love it. I doubt most kid's would eat it though.

  • I don't think it's strong. I add it to a lot of things - a fair amount of it too - and no one notices (and my current jar is fresh!). My kids don't taste it, or they just aren't fazed by it.
