  • go to, they have a lot of really good ideas that keep the chicken baked so it's healthy but add a bunch of seasonings. I tried one where you use a peach preserve with their lemon pepper seasoning and grill the chicken and put the peach on as a glaze, it was pretty yummy

  • Stuff them with goats cheese and bacon then grill, pan fry or bake. You can also stuff them with a slice of ham and swiss cheese then dredge with bead crumbs and bake. you can also do a honey mustard glaze and bake.

  • I do a healthier version of fried chicken.

Chicken breasts coated in flour, egg whites and then covered in bread crumbs that I usually season myself (red pepper, basil, rosemary garlic powder) and then spray them with some light olive oil, place over a whole bay leaf and bake! The oil is light and makes the outside a bit crispy.

  • Crushed stuffing mix and orange zest in one bowl
OJ, hot sauce, and egg in another bowl
    Coat each
Put in pan with a drizzle of butter or olive oil on top
    and bake 20 mins @375

  • Or if you want to try something a bit sweet cover them with light mayo and then encrust them in frosted flakes.

Sounds crazy- I know. But its really tasty and is always a hit (even with adults)

  • I pour a can of Rotel and a can of diced tomatoes over them and bake. It's really spicy and good.
