What do you guys put inside your meatloaf to make it tasty??

  • Katsup, dijion mustard, onion, garlic, bread crumbs or crackers,italian seasoning, egg, milk,shredded carrots, and I use ground turkey instead of beef.

  • lipton garlic and herb dry soup mix in the box, some chili sauce and/ or teriyaki sauce, oinions, broth, , chicken flavored stuffing, worcestershire sauce and you can do cooked bacon on top

  • I like to chop onions, celery and sometimes red bell peppers then saute them until soft. Add to 1/2 lean ground beef and 1/2 lb ground pork. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, an egg, about a cup of bread crumbs or crushed saltines, a little worsteshire sauce and some tomato sauce 1/2-1 cup. Mix well, put in a loaf pan @365 for 60 mins covered Drain fat, brush top with BBQ sauce cook uncovered 20 more minutes. Let it stand about 10 minutes before cutting.
