What is something you own and you don't remember buying?

I'd have to say clothes hangars. I've been married almost 12 years and I had all these before and haven't bought any since. I don't really remember where they all came from!

  • I would have to go with books. I get them from a local thrift store for 12 for a $1 so we come home with a lot.

  • I've got a thing for sandals - and I saw this great pair I had to have! Brought them home, put them with the other black and silver sandals I have - and - yep - I really must have liked these sandals - because I now have 2 pair of the same sandals. Good thing my daughter and I wear the same size.

  • I have to second the hotwheels post, I counted one time and my DS, 5, literally had over 500. I know for a fact I have not bought 500 matchbox and hotwheels cars, so I have no idea where they came from. He brings things into the living room I don't ever remember seeing, but you ask him and he knows where they came from, who bought them and usually what day. It's amazing
