  • One time I made meatloaf cupcakes! I baked the meatloaf in a cupcake tin and then topped them with mashed potatoes and a prinkle of shredded cheese! My kids went nuts!

  • I saw a stand at the County Fair where you could get something that looked like it was an ice cream sundae. It was thin slices of beef topped with mashed potatoes with a stream of beef gravy and a cherry tomato on top. I want to try to duplicate that sometime.

  • I always wondered about the mock apple pie recipe on the back of the Ritz cracker box, but have never made it. I do make a pretty good mock hollandaise with mayo and lemon juice.

  • Not sure what "mock" means.... I made an apple pie for Superbowl and we're mostly vegetarians. I haven't had chicken legs in forever.
