For example what is best for salad dressing Extra Virgin, extra light ? I bought some extra virgin first cold pressed unfiltered at an Italian market, can I use it as I would any extra virgin? what kind is best for sauteeing? I usually just buy middle of the road EVOO that I use for everything but I wanted to try some different ones.Answer Question
