First, add water, and drink only water. 11 cups a day is the RDA for women, including water from foods.
Next, add veggies and fruits- 3-4 servings of each a day.
Then, start substituting whole grains in to get rid of your refined carbs.
Then, start substituting lean meats, dairy and other proteins for the fatty proteins. Get those saturated fats out, and allow for some healthy fats- mono and polyunsaturated fats.
Eliminate processed foods from your diet. Few of them have much nutritional benefit to offer.
Get to exercising! Start walking, do some resistance training, start doing exercise videos, there are all kinds of exercises you can do. I eventually started running (it's been about 7 months now). I've lost 58 lbs now doing all this. You can do it!!! =)
