Just realized something!

i have only had a few peanuts to eat today! .. crazy! i made dinner for the kids an such but was not hungry at all.. hmm..

  • You really should eat something. Your metabolism is slowing because of the lack of food. Be careful not to overeat, because sometimes when you start when you haven't eaten all day, it all kicks in. But you should eat a meal for sure.

  • Try to eat or drink something with some calories in it..I love those carnation instant breakfasts for days when my appetite is poor.
