  • Depends on what she's into. Si-fi, mystery, horror? My dd likes Babysitter Club and Fear street books. The library is a good place to find books that may interest her, or second hand shops. My dd finds some books at Goodwill and Salvation Army too, and they are cheap.

  • Soon she will love Judy Blume books. She could read "Tales of a 4th Grade Nothing" right now. It's great. I would wait a year or so for the others. But they are really great. I still remember them.
