How do I get grime off of painted cabinets????

My cabinets in the kitchen are all painted this really pretty blue that matches the walls in the rest of my house (it's alot prettier then I'm probably making it sound lol) Anyways they are getting a little grimy but everytime I try to scrub them clean I take off a layer of the paint...How do I scrub the grime off without scrubbing all the paint off????

  • At the hardware store where I buy paint. I found a spray cleanser for painted walls that takes away grime without marring paint.

  • Did you put a clear coat over the paint on the cupboards when you painted them? I would suggest that you put a protective clear coat over them. It makes them easier to clean and helps so the paint does not come off. If you go to Home Depot or Lowe's you can talk to them and ask them what they suggest.
