  • I think everyone goes through a period of nervousness/anxiety when they are newly hired. Its pretty normal. Just take deep breaths and do your best. Learn a lot and if in question don't be afraid to ask your superiors.

  • depends on the job.... I've had some where it took 2 days and some about a month.... I wish you the best of luck! Congrats on your new job!

  • Congratualtions on your new job. All jobs have a 'learning curve', and you'll be surprised at how quickly you'll have everything figured out. Give yourself a week to master one thing at a time like, phone exts, names, product codes, whatever..then the next week something new. Before you know it you'll be feeling like you've been there forever. Good Luck

  • Have confidence in yourself. Believe that you can learn what you need to if you just apply yourself.
And sure they're all looking at you to do a good job or see if you don't. However, you need to believe that they don't matter as long as you're doing your job.
