1 Bump

Miscarriage at 2-4 weeks.

I had a miscarriage about 4 weeks ago and I haven't started my period. I have heard that it should take about 4-6 weeks, but I am feeling pregnancy symptomes. I have a sore back, slight cramps, bloating and a missed period. I have taken a pregnancy test and it says I'm not pregnant. So my question is, is this normal. Did any of you have pregnancy symptoms, or period symptoms after a very early pregnancy miscarriage?

  • No but crams, bloating, and back pain are also symptoms of menstruation. So I wouldn't worry too much. Might be stress/anxiety/greif making your period delay. I'm very sorry you m/c. Thats always hard to deal with.

  • I would say "you need to go to the Doctor or health department and have a exam."

  • Sorry for you loss. I could just be from the miscarriage even know it's wasn't a full 9 months it still changes your body around, or hormones regulating too. And maybe your starting your period again. Call your doctor if its really worrisome thats what they get paid for. Good luck!

  • Did you have a d & c? If not, you may still have some tissues(sorry, I didn't know how else to word just sounds insensitive) left over in there.
Although, all the symptoms you list are signs of a menstrual period. Even the heavy breasts.
I would go see your health care provider.
I am so sorry for your loss :(
