fluorescent light heachache

I have to stay at this building today for 8 hours. I am selling stuff, and I am committed to stay. Yesterday, I had a heachache from the lights, fluorescent lighting. I was thinking of wearing a hat or visor. I already have anti-reflective coating on my eyeglasses but with the intense lighting, my eyeglasses were not useful. I need to wear my glasses ( they are not for reading only). Any suggestions? I have to be at this place again today and advil never worked. As soon as I left the building, my headache got better. Thanks!

  • Maybe try getting darkened lenses... They help to keep the light out. The visor idea might work, too...
