Heathy Snacks......

I'm looking for good heathy snack ideas for a toddler.

  • Apples with peanut butter, cut up fruit, cherry tomatoes, almost anything dipped in hummus, cut up chicken, orange wedges, nuts (if you know FOR SURE they won't choke, and you're right there).

  • do a little tray, avacado wedges, banana wheels, some apples, carrots, etc. :) Dips are great too!

  • My kids like Ritz 'smiles' I don;t do them often but It's a ritz cracker with a thin layer of PB or cream cheese with raisin eyes and a little half circle shaped piece of banana for a smile.

    We mostly just do fresh fruit or veggies between meals. It's easy to fix and divide up.

  • graham crackers with peanut butter. Yogurt covered raisins. Cheerios, dry. Bananas. Dole mixed fruit. Applesause, my daughter likes the one's flavored with berries. Yogurt-Dannon has some for kids and Stoneyfield.
