Me toses

My toes get cramps a lot especially when they're cold and or wet. How do I get rid of this problem. I could be driving and get a cramp it really hurts.

  • I've heard that eating bananas is a good way to get the potassium you need; cramps can be caused by a potassium deficiency. Could be something else, but thise would be one thing you could try. Good luck!

  • okay. is thier other things that have tassium as well? Or maybe I could just take a supplement.

  • Tonic water has quinine in it and that can help too.
