  • String cheese! My kids LOVE it.

They also like yogurt and frozen applesauce (I found some Fruit Chillers things, strawberry flavored applesauce that you freeze, then let the kids have. They love it!).

  • Fruit, yogurt, applesauce, sunchips, crackers and cheese, string cheese, raw veggies with humus, tortilla rollups..with peanut butter and jelly or meat and cheese, mini bagels and cream cheese. Pretzles, graham crackers and cream cheese. I stayed away from fruit snacks because those are horrible for teeth, even if brushed right away.
