How much sleep should a pregnant women get & how?

My house is hectic & I always feel like a limp noodle. Suggestions?

  • You NEED more sleep when preggo. At the least 7 solid hours and a nap if you can. Sleep however your comfy. You NOT going to hurt the baby if you sleep on your tummy or side or back.

  • i am preggers too and i make to get at least 7 hours of sleep...the more sleep u get the better
