  • Anything that makes you gassy will make baby gassy...I'm super careful about broccoli , spicy foods & too much dairy, but other than just eat what you want & stay hydrated. It is recommended you try to consume 500 extra calories.

  • Eat to your hunger, drink to your thirst. NOTHING is off the table.

  • Eat whatever you want! There are NO foods to avoid: Spicy foods and foods that make you gassy DO NOT make baby gassy, coffee does NOT lower milk supply.

Oatmeal is known for increasing supply. Sage and peppermint are known for decreasing supply, so don't eat 2 boxes of Altoids every day :-)

  • Have the mother's milk tea and eat oatmeal things often, drink plenty of water and eat enough for a small platoon :) lol allergic to almonds, but any other suggestions? Just want the optimal help since I have to manually pump :)
