  • Eat oatmeal either in a bowl or in a cookie. Drink lots of water and SOME say drinking ONE beer a day can boost production, I don't know why and I have never tried it. Oatmeal and water worked for me.

  • Rudebegas. It sounds crazy, but for some reason they help you produce milk. They are a mix between a sweet potatoe and a potatoe. I always put them in stew or mixed them in with mashed potatoes. They don't taste too bad. Lots and lots of water helps also. You want to avoid anything that could make baby gassy and of course alcohol as the PP said.

  • An older lady had this problem and she said Eagle brand milk helped. IDK how much or how often but you stir it into milk with chocolate, prob a few times a day.

  • Actually... best milk production has NOTHING to do with what you do or do not eat.

Just nurse on demand. That's all!

You may have alcohol. Don't get sloppy drunk... which is a good rule whether you're nursing or not.

Now... some moms report more milk from oatmeal or ANY oat products. Some moms say dark beer helps.

But none of that does much if you're not nursing often, and if you're not drinking your 64 ouncs of liquid daily.
