Help please?

I have a 7 month old and she has had a bad cough for a month now and i have taken her to the emergency room twice and the pediatrician and they say that it will go away but its only getting worse!!! what should i do???

  • Tylonal is all i can really say. does she have a runny nose? if she sucks it up it could get in her throat, making her cough. you can suck that stuff out with a nose bulb, and use saline drops. sorry i can't help anymore

  • Use whatever the pediatrician told you to, tylenol always good. Also make sure that she gets all the nutrients she needs and that she is always hydrated as this will help her immune system fight it if it's an infection. Good Luck.

  • I read this in other post... rub a layer of vicks vaporub on the feet and cover with a pair of socks. The posters all said it helps with cough and is very comforting.
