9 weeks postpartum and EBF... what exercise can I do?

I am desperate WANT to exercise. I am 9 weeks postpartum and EBF. I know I can't burn TOO many calories because I need a lot to produce plenty of milk. What do you recommend to get my stomach toned back up, and also get my regular dose of daily exercise?

  • you can do anything you want, just make sure your eating fruits, veggies, lean meats, milk and whole grains.
    I lost weight while EBF and my babies have all been healthy chunksters lol

  • I recommend Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. It is a super intense workout, but she starts you off at a lower intensity and then you can work your way up. The best part is it only takes 20 minutes a day! I have been doing it for about 2 months and have recently started receiving compliments from people about "looking skinnier"!

  • Anything you want! Just don't do two Iron Mans in a row.

    1800 calories per day is your minimum. STAY HYDRATED... that's most important.

    And remember... nine months on, minimum nine months off.
