  • All you can do is offer him healthy options. It's up to him to eat them or not. His stomach is ONLY the size of one fist. When he's hungry he'll eat. Both of my kids will hardly eat anything when they're in the middle of a growth spurt. They're 7 and 4 and the size of a 10 and 5 year old, respectively.

  • Offer healthy foods for meals and snacks and let him eat what he wants from them. He will not starve. Don't stress out about it or make it a battle.

  • Is he filling up on juice or milk? Give him only water to drink, and offer only healthy foods: avocado, hummus, beans, kiwi, etc.
