  • The diaper game. Get different chocolate bar and melt them seperately in diapers and have people guess what chocolate bar is it. Get tolet paper and each guest needs to guess how big is the belly with eye measurement only. Then go with each person paper around the mother to be and see who comes close. (around the belly). The baby food jar feeding contest who could guest the taste. nasty ones perfer, lol.

  • Put different liquids(i.e. chocolate milk, beer, tea, water...) into numbered baby bottles. everyone draws a number and is given their respective bottle. Tell them the first to drink it all gone wins. nothing more. then tell them to go! See who finishes first. It's fun to watch everyone trying their hardest to drink from the nipple. see how long it takes for the first person to unscrew the top and drink it that way.

Or more traditionally the cute game. Give everyone five cute little diaper or clothes pins. Anytime anyone says anything along the lines of Awe, or ooo the first person to call it takes one of the pins. In the end the person with the most wins!

Helpful game: as each person arrives have them address an envelope to themselves. At some point do a drawing for a prize and in the end mom-to-be gets to use the envelopes for thankyou notes!

  • We played an unscramble baby words game at mine. We also played complete the nursery rhyme where it would say a sentence and one word would be missing. It's crazy how many we thought we knew but didn't. We got a good laugh. Another thing you can do is print the top 10 baby names for boys and girls in 2007 or 08 so far and then ask people to list them. You get 2 pts for each name that is in the correct space and you get one point if it's on the list at all. So if you guessed abby as #1 and that was the #1 answer it'd be worth 2 pts if you had it as your number 5 answer then you'd get 1 pt. If you have a only a few guests you can play a game with a bowl full of rice and safety pins. You blind fold each guest and they try to pull out as many pins as they can in a minute. The one with the most's harder than you think!

  • OH I thought of another one ]=. At my BF shower the host had us write down a parenting question(i.e How to you get a baby to stop crying) on one piece of paper and the answer on another (i.e. Rock them and hold them close) drop all the Q's in one hat and all the A's in another. Each person draws one of each and reads them aloud. You get great combos. Like: Q:How do you get a baby to sleep? and A: You give them there favorite toy and sing silly songs. Well, there are better ones that just what I got the fly... you get the point.

  • Get a tray with lots of baby related things. A pacifier, diaper pin, etc. You give everyone a notepad, and show them the tray for just a few seconds, and everyone has to write down everything they can remember from the tray. Whoever remembers the most things wins. I always have fun with this one. I put a condom and a pregnancy test on every one. Just go to the dollar store, and get lots of little baby things. You can also use toilet paper or ribbon, and do the "guess how big Mommy's belly is" game. Everyone rips/cuts off however much string/TP they think it would take to get around the guess of honor's tummy. Whoever is closest wins. We had a "pool" of guess the baby's weight at mine. The winner got the prize mailed to them.

  • Have the attendees put a paper plate on top of their head and try to draw a baby - produces some hilarious results!
