Love em' hate em'? do you notice a change in training or helped posture?

  • I'm not a minimalist runner at all. I'm in a stability shoe, though after my 1st marathon in 4 weeks I may try less shoe to see how I strike (heel or midfoot). What I do know is if you want to try them out, get into them SLOWLY. Put them on for the last 1/2 mile to a mile of a run and build up from there. Only adding about 1/2 mile at a time. People who swear by minimalist running love them. But if you start off too much too soon it will HURT.
