  • It's a birth control pill that only contains one hormone (I think it's progestin). It is usually given to breastfeeding women because it is less likely to interfere with breastmilk production than other pills. However, it is crucial to take it at EXACTLY the same time every day, or the effectiveness goes down to something like 65%.
