How much should I ask for?

I was looking through the wanted ads on craigslist and this guy wants to buy a wireless router. I have a linsky n e100 router, still in the box never used. The box has been opened but the router was never used. They go for $80 new. How much should I ask for?

  • not sure either. I know I paid $35.00 for mine at wal mart
Have you checked ebay to see what they are selling for on there. Maybe that would give you a better idea

  • Is it outdated (I know nothing about routers)? I would say $65

  • 30 or less. They go for 80, but you can get them on sale for VERY cheap, and you are not a licensed retailer.

  • You should check ebay, you'll get a good feel for what people are actually paying for the exact item you have new or used.

  • All I know is we originally paid $80 for it at Staples but we couldn't figure out how to hook it up so we had Comcast bring us one.

  • I would just list it for 35 and give it to the first taker.
