How can you help a toddler with a sore throat

I think one of my 18 month old twins has a sore throat but I'm not sure how to help him besides trying to get him to drink ice water.
how can i help sooth it?

  • Have you tried a spoonful of honey in warm tea? It can actually be any kind of tea or warm beverage. Also warm soup will help. If those don't work, give him a Popsicle. freeze some juice in an ice tray or any container and let him eat it.

    Good luck momma. (they should be okay with the honey as they are over a year old.)

  • try warm tea with honey and some lemon i believe it is...i think that there are suckers in the pharm aisle for throats but i am not sure what age for the. they are like little purple bears or something like that.
