  • it is very bad for you bcuz remember the energy to have goes to the baby...just like you probably wouldnt stop eating you should find some time to sleep. i would advice you to try to cut down somthing bcuz every moment counts in your pregnancy.

  • you can get run down and get sick... your health will suffer, then your baby will suffer. You could ware your self out and fall asleep at the wheel of you car...

  • I'm 32 weeks pregnant and have had the same problem. You definitely do need to get as much rest as possible while you are pregnant. You're gonna need your energy for your labor and after you have the baby. You're gonna be really tired during your first trimester anyway... it'll get a little better in the second but you still need your sleep. Rest whenever you can and naps are good for you.
