    and malkaTZ, only 1000 is NOT healthy at all....your body will go into starvation mode on that little amount.

  • It varies. I'm training for a marathon at the end of this month. Last weekend ran 18 miles so I consumed a little over 2500 calories and still had a deficit. But the previous day was a rest day so I only consumed 1800.
