Does anyone out there wish that there was a step by step handbook of what to do when planning a divorce?

With the mom's that I'm working with who are planning a divorce or are in the early stages, they feel frustrated because they never know everything "to do". Of course you can't know everything, but they have told me that they can find some things on the internet but each site adds something different. What I'm hearing is that people want things written down in a sort of list form of what to copy, what to remember to do, etc. Any comments?

  • There are MANY, MANY good books which do just that... I'd have to go look 'em up, most of them focus on custody and monetary issues, which are at the heart of the matter.
