I think I've decided against the chili for tonight (thanks though, ladies!) so now I am thinking meat sauce and pasta.
I've made pasta sauce with hamburger before, but it's never seems to turn out quite right - either too saucy and not enough meat, or too much hamburger and not enough sauce.
So how can I make this taste right, if I decide to make it tonight?
