How can i calculate my ovulation if my days of y cycles are different?? like one month is 40 days between my periods and the next is 31 and the nex is 45?

  • It's always two weeks after your period starts.

  • Actually it is 10 to 16 days before your period starts. for most women it is a 2 week luteal phase (after ovulation) Sound like you need to start charting ovulation or atleast use opk to determine when you ovulate.

  • I would say talk with a doctor. With your periods being that off....it may be you are not even ovulating at all.

    There is medication you can take to help. But the first step is to figure out if you are ovulating.
