  • I walk everyday in an effort to not gain too much weight. I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant but I am 5'1'' and weigh a little over 200lbs. So far, I haven't gained any weight.

  • When I was pregnant I did a lot of power walking but that was it. I didn't see the need to work out when I had to go to culinary school and be on my feet all day too.

  • I was told to work out from my doc, but i didn't really do much due to the constant pain i was in. I was also told to take it easy, and that housework qualifies as a workout. :) so, yeah, if you clean your house, you do work out.

  • If yoga is considered a work out then yes. I do a little bit of toning using weights. But that's it.

  • I'm a dancer and worked until I was 4 months (when I started showing and couldn't keep my balance lol) also went to school and walked alot. I only gained 20 lbs. I wouldn't recommend hitting the gym hard but definately go for a walk!
